From the Community to the Court: Support Maya Real Vôlei!
Maya Real Vôlei didn’t start with sponsors, big budgets, or institutional backing. It started with a group of friends, one uniform, and the decision to give young people something better to believe in.
This campaign exists to keep that alive.
Maya Real Vôlei is more than a volleyball team. It’s a social project that gives children, teenagers, and adults from underserved communities in São Paulo a real alternative to drugs, exclusion, and lack of opportunity. Through sport, discipline, and belonging, the project creates structure where there was none and hope where it was missing.
The team is fully inclusive, open to all ages, genders, and backgrounds. There is zero tolerance for prejudice. What matters here is commitment, respect, and growth.
With the support of the Maya Association, the project has grown: more categories, more athletes, invitations to major amateur tournaments, and medals earned through hard work. But growth comes with costs, transportation, tournament fees, uniforms, equipment, and basic infrastructure.
